  • The fourth trick is to have a look on the cosmetic products that you use daily. Avoid using products that are heavily perfumed because they can take off the natural oils from the skin leading to more production of oil to compensate for its loss. Tea tree oil has antiviral, antiseptic and antibacterial properties. It is effective in deep cleansing.
  • The fifth tip is to learn how to reduce stress, as it is one of the major causes of acne. If you know how to control you stress then you probably knows how to reduce the occurrence of acne. Exercise and meditation serve as great stress busters.
  • The sixth advice is to avoid having large intake of carbohydrates and sugar. White bread, rice, pasta and flour are bad as they support the growth of acne. Also Sugar leads to an increase in production of insulin, which results in over production of sebum.
  • The seventh and the final solution is get outside and breathe in fresh air and enjoy sunshine as it is a provider of Vitamin D which is good for decreasing stress levels.
